House Salad: Fresh mixed greens with tomatoes, red onion, English cucumbers served with your choice of dressing.

Screamers Caesar Salad: Crisp fresh romaine lettuce with house made croutons, shaved parmesan cheese served with Screamers house made Caesar dressing.     

German Braised Red Cabbage: Red cabbage cooked with red wine, honey and thyme then served chilled

Italian Bread Salad: 

Cole Slaw:  Shredded cabbage, carrot, and onion with sweet tarragon vinegar mayo

Meatloaf: Screamers House meatloaf with fresh balsamic tomato sauce or mushroom meatloaf with a creamy mushroom gravy. 

Beef Stroganoff: Tender cuts of beef braised with mushrooms, shallots, garlic and a rich beef stock, finished with sour cream and served with buttered egg noodles. 

Yankee Pot Roast: Melt-in-your-mouth pot roast braised and dressed with tangy yankee-style pan gravy. 

Steak Tips: Perfectly cooked tender steak served with caramelized mushrooms and onions  Choice of style includes  Au Poive(crusted pepper and cream sauce), Bordelaise(Red Wine and demiglace), Brandy Gorgonzola Cream sauce or Pepper Steak.  

Prime Rib Carving Stations (Add $4.50 per guest)


Pork Chop: Chargrilled, Seared or Broiled and can be served with and apple, pear chutney, caramelized onions and mushrooms or pork gravy. 

Pork Schnitzel(Cutlet): Hand tenderized pork steak lightly breaded and pan fried until golden brown served with caramelized mushrooms and onions and a rich pain gravy.  

Pork Roast: Braised or dry roasted and basted with sage butter

Pork Steak: Hand cut pork steaks chargrilled, seared or broiled with roasted shallots and garlic. 


Chicken Schnitzel(Cutlet): Hand tenderized chicken breast, lightly breaded and pan fried until golden brown served with caramelized mushrooms and onions and a rich pain gravy.  

BBQ Chicken: Grilled chicken leg and thigh quarters basted with Screamers house BBQ sauce, Asian BBQ sauce or Tandoori sauce.

Chicken Curry: Chicken breast cooked in your choice of curry style- Jamaican(Very Spicy), Kerala(Indian with medium Spicy) or Screamers house curry with coconut milk(Lightly Spicy).

Chicken Saltimbocca: Chicken breast wrapped in procuitto and fresh sage, sautéed then dressed with melted mozzarella and parmesan cheeses and resting in sage ragu. 


Seared Salmon: served in a light lemon beurre blanc sauce

Catfish: Served Southern Fried or Creole style(blackened with creole seafood puree

White Fish Entrée: Choose from Cod or Swai served either batter fried, roasted with garlic and annato,  Meen Molee(coconut curry) or scalloped with mushrooms and Parmesan. 

Screamers Crab Cakes: Screamers signature crab cakes, featuring delicious lump crab meat. They are pan fried to golden brown served with lemon beurre blanc.  


Chickpea with roasted vegetables patty: Roasted eggplant, summer squash, shallot, red pepper, garlic and fresh chickpeas formed to patties and roasted. Resting in your choice of fennel ragu, garlic creme or curry. 

Ratatouille: Roasted eggplant, Zuccini, yellow squash, sweet peppers, shallots, mushrooms and garlic dressed in Screamers House Marinara and parmesan. 

Eggplant Parmesan: Lightly breaded and fried eggplant with caramelized onions and sweet peppers, marinara and shaved Parmesan cheese.

Vegetarian lasagna: Roasted Eggplant, Zuccini, Yellow squash, Shallots and red peppers in-between layers of pasta, ricotta, Mozzerella, Parmesan and Screamers House Marinara.
