Carving Station: Prime Rib with Horse radish sauce & Honey Glazed Ham
Other Main Dishes: Smoke Salmon, Mac and Cheese with asparagus and lentil and House made crispy chicken fingers
Sides: Potatoes Gratin, Chef Paul's Green bean casserole, honey roasted carrots.
Breakfast fare: Bacon, Sausage, links or patties.
Biscuits and sausage gravy, french toast, Waffles, Scrambled eggs with or without cheese. Brunch potatoes. 
Salad: mixed green and Caesars
