Oyster leak and brie crostini with shaved Jamon, tarragon and lemon pea puree, apple relish

Brancott Sauvignon Blanc
Green Thai curry, slivered lime zest, grilled mango

Bread and Butter Pinot Noir
Mushroom Ravioli, asparagus, fennel, salami, Basil, pine nut, Creamy mushroom jus

Trivento Malbec
“Porchetta” seasoned Wagyu Beef Roulade, fondant potato, grilled broccoli

Longevity Cabernet
Rich chocolate cake, rosemary infused blackberries, cinnamon, and hazelnuts
